On Friday, December 4th, at J. Solar Fine Jewelry, we will enjoy an evening of wine and hors d'oeuvres, a friends' jewelry swap (with expert jewelers on standby to examine your collection), and free estimates on estate jewelry values and repairs.

Then, for a good, solid holiday month (December 4th to January 4th), J. Solar Fine Jewelry will donate generous percentages of proceeds to NBRC when patrons mention "NBRC", "that rowing club", "those rowers", etc!

For jewelry in stock, its kind owner, Jill Solar, will donate 20% of the proceeds to NBRC.
For jewelry orders, she will donate 10%.
For repairs (!!), she will also donate 10%.

Now is the time to urge your friends and family, neighbors and slight acquaintances, to bring that watch, ring, necklace, pair of earrings, or gold bracelet into J. Solar Fine Jewelry to have it appraised or repaired. It's time to do your holiday shopping, too. Jill stocks a great variety of work from independent artists. She enjoys showcasing work by female artists, in particular, and has a goldsmith on site three days a week to perform custom repairs.
