North Bay Rowing Club invites you to learn how to row this year!

Sweep rowing is taught in a three-week introductory program. The cost is $150 per person, and covers six hours of instruction. Adults will be taught the basic rowing stroke and will practice rowing in an eight person shell.
At the end of this three-week program, interested students will be invited to join the North Bay Rowing Club and participate in beginner boats. Please see that attached form for sign up information.

We encourage you to send in your application early. These classes fill quite quickly. We have room for eight students in each sweep class.
